the jobshare
revolution
transforming how we work to unlock gender equity and diversity of thought
the jobshare revolution
the problem:
at the current rate of change, the gender pay gap will not close in the next 50 years
across the UK, women are burning out and leaving the workforce
better gender representation leads to diversity of thought and better business outcomes
the solution:
jobsharing:
who are we?
After trail blazing in flexible working within their organisations, Chloe and Laura came together to jobshare - and it transformed their lives! After repeatedly being asked to share tips and advice, and realising the gap in knowledge of the benefits and practicalities of jobsharing, The Jobshare Revolution was born! We now offer inspiration, advice and consultancy support to help organisations to drive gender equity through jobsharing.

what do we do?
we offer end to end jobshare consultancy services including:
what is jobsharing
a job share is where two people come together to share responsibilities within a role
typically, a jobshare pair have shared accountabilities and each work part of the week, with their compensation pro-rated accordingly. together, the jobsharers deliver the job as a duo.
team work, communication and trust are key when working as a jobshare. it is important that the pair have aligned values and goals and work together to present a united front to key stakeholders. technology advances such as shared emails, voicenotes, filesharing and communication technology have made this process much easier over recent years.
jobsharing is not a new concept, but has low adoption rates in the UK, despite it being a solution to many problems. we are on a mission to rectify that............
