At The Jobshare Revolution, our ICF and ILM trained coaches use a process of listening, open questions and the creation of a safe space for exploration of your individual and collective thoughts and ideas to enable you to think and find your own solutions as a pair.
We support pairs throughout the jobsharing journey - from initial match-making coaching right through to coaching for experienced pairs.
