In January 2024, a group of passionate jobshare advocates and allies came together on a mission to amplify jobsharing and create a collective of individuals to drive change.
A key challenge was increasing access to jobsharing resources for all!
These resources have been created and collated by the group to widen access and drive jobsharing forward.
Having completed the first goal - of a one-stop-shop for useful jobsharing resources and guides - members of this group are now moving forward to collectively drive adoption and awareness of jobsharing.
